The Princeton Tec Headlamp Fred white/red impresses with its numerous possible uses. You have four modes with outputs between 1.5 and 200 lumen. In this way you can easily use the lamp for various specific requirements.
In order to prevent accidental giving away of your position, the headlamp always starts in the low mode of the red LED. If the switch is held down for approx. 1.5 seconds, it switches to the white LEDs. The single-armed head pivots up and down, allowing for a wide range of motion so you can direct the beam where you need it most.
